Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
✅ Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
✅ Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Worn Items – Not Accepted
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:
❌ Items that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
❌ Jewelry that has been altered, resized, or customized.
❌ Items that are missing original packaging or components.
How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
