Warranty Coverage

All Maison d'Or jewelry comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in material and craftsmanship.

What’s Covered?

  • Structural defects in metal craftsmanship.
  • Loose or missing stones (not due to accidental damage).
  • Clasp or chain defects that occur under normal wear.

What’s NOT Covered?

  • Damage from accidental drops, impact, or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
  • Loss, theft, or water damage.
  • Any modifications, resizing, or repairs done by a third party.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty repair, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at warranty@maisondor.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.
2️⃣ Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Once received, we will inspect and repair the item or offer a replacement if necessary.
4️⃣ Please allow 10-14 business days for processing.

Important Notes

  • Warranty does not cover intentional damage or mishandling.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • If a replacement is offered and the item is out of stock, store credit may be issued.
